Last week, our very own bakery mamá, Becky Rodriguez, was invited to speak at the Idaho Manufacturing Alliance's EmpowerHER Luncheon & Panel Discussion, an event celebrating the achievements, resilience, and future of women shaping the manufacturing industry.
Becky shared the journey of how Rodriguez Bakery grew from a beloved local brick-and-mortar shop to landing our products in grocery stores across Oregon and Idaho. She spoke about the key drivers of our growth: listening to our customers, building strong relationships with grocery partners, embracing a "let’s figure this out" mindset, and pivoting when necessary, continually pushing us forward.
She also mentioned how incredibly lucky we are to have 23 out of our 28 incredible employees be women. It goes without saying that our team, our family, and our incredibly loyal customers are the heart of what makes Rodriguez Bakery what it is today.
